SynMax Vulcan UC Weekly Project Monitoring Update (Client Only)

Last week, SynMax observed land clearing activities at five project sites. We also confirmed land clearing at a 114 MW wind plant project in PJM, which began in October of last year. These observations resulted in an improved project ranking for each site.

Detailed information, including the latest earliest online dates and projected scenario online dates, is accessible to clients via API, Snowflake, or our user interface (UI).

Below is a sample of the data. Notably, three large-scale power projects, totaling 850 MW, are now confirmed to be under construction. These projects were not previously listed as such by the EIA and are now expected to come online as early as October 2025.
