What Changed We revised our DUC inventory for Haynesville - LA up by 60 wells.
With the benefit of state and producer earnings data we are fine tuning a number of our TIL dates. We also see that we regrettably missed one TIL in Haynesville when we confused a TIL for a plug drill out. Full details of the changes are below. We will continue to retrospectively review our data as new information becomes available from producers and state reporting agencies and keep you informed as we make updates.
Wellpad 481030 will have its TIL date changed from 11/26/24 to 1/5/25. We incorrectly attributed frack tanks that were being staged as a part of a plug drill out for a TIL. The actual TIL occurred about a month later on 1/5/25.
Wellpad 478263 will have its TIL date updated from 12/20/24 to 1/2/25. In this case the producer appears to have staged TIL equipment on the periphery of the wellpad before moving everything into position a week or so later when the actual TIL started.
The story is similar for wellpad 475788 where frack tanks were originally staged on the peripheries of the wellpad before being moved into position for the actual TIL. The TIL date for this wellpad will be updated from 9/29/24 to 11/6/24.
The missing TIL is on wellpad 336777 which appears to have drilled its plugs shortly after completing fracking leading us to mistake the actual TIL on 11/13/24 for a plug drill job.
