Short Term Forecast Email/Dashboard Issues

Due to a lingering problem with our change to the minor regions, as first noted here, the short term forecast email when out with those sub regions missing from the Lower 48 totals in the email.  The remaining numbers are all correct.

Similarly, the "Total L48 NATGAS PRODUCTION" key metric at https://energy.synmax.com/dashboard is incorrect.  We expect that this will be corrected today.

However, the data on Hyperion Data center https://energy.synmax.com/data-center for the L48 short term forecast is correct, as are the short term forecast api endpoints.
