West - TX Production Model Update

At the beginning of October, we added a 0.2 Bcf/d adjustment factor in the West Texas pipeline scrape natural gas production data to account for the commencement of Matterhorn pipeline. Natural gas pipeline scrape production data in South Texas had seen flows drop by 0.2 Bcf/d since the beginning of October. However, after observing overall pipeline scrape production data in West Texas even after the additional 0.2 Bcf/d adjustment factor, natural gas production in West Texas continues to be lower post Matterhorn pipeline commencement. This is very likely because the interstate production flow points have been resampled and displaced since the Matterhorn pipeline came online in early October. Therefore, we are taking out the 0.2 Bcf/d adjustment factor and instead adding the summation of the Matterhorn interstate interconnect points to the West Texas production data. This will cause West Texas natural gas production to be revised upward by about 0.66 Bcf/d on average for the month of October, with less during the first half of October and more during the second half of October.
