We have not observed any TILs since our last report.
While Expand has been building their DTIL inventory since the beginning of the year they have still maintained some level of TILs every month. Interestingly, with November already two thirds complete, we have not yet observed any TILs. Although it is too early to tell for sure, this may represent at least a temporary change in strategy.
