New Pipeline Infrastructure (~0.5–1.0 Bcf/d incremental)

Hugh Brinson (1.5 Bcf/d Phase I) — intrastate since 6/13, ramping toward full ops 9/1. NGPL receipts in TX/NM surged +0.91 Bcf/d since June — likely the primary interstate carrier.

Both are intrastate and not directly visible in FERC data, but downstream interstate receipt increases confirm ramp.
